M/s. M G R & Associates was constituted on 3rd September 2001 by CA Muktanand Tarachand Dhomane at Red House, Mama Chowk, Civil Lines, Gondia — the firm's head office to this day.
In 2003, CA Ram Indrakumar Hotchandani joined as partner, bringing with him valuable expertise in tax advisory and business consulting. As the firm's reputation grew, a second office was established in 2007 at Sharda Vachanalaya Market, Gondia to serve the expanding clientele.
In 2010, CA Ganesh Durgalal Roda was inducted as the third partner, further strengthening the team's capabilities in GST compliance, corporate law, and financial advisory.
A significant milestone came in 2012, when Ram Hotchandani & Co (FRN 123614W, constituted in 2003) was formally merged into M G R & Associates. The firm received its ICAI clearance on 10th May 2012. The name “M G R” itself reflects the combined initials of the three partners — a symbol of their unity and shared purpose.
